- Keep the lines on comunication open
- You never get a second chance to make a great first impression
- There is a difference between being confident and being cocky
- The appearence of the product and the salesperson is very important
- The customer may not always be right, but is not your job to make them always wrong
- Learn when to stop talking and start listening
- Understand that you will not close every sale - sometimes it's not meant to be
- Knowledge is power - the more you know the further you will go
